Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Luna Mia is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at team@lunamiakids.com with your order number. We will liaise with the carrier and provide assistance to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs fees, failure to claim the package, or incorrect address information, reshipping fees may apply. Refunds for returned parcels, when applicable, will exclude original shipping costs.
