Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on www.lunamiakids.com for the Luna Mia brand.

Return policy

We offer a 14 day return policy. You must request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as delivered, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address for your region, together with a return shipping label when applicable and instructions on how to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions and non returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or made to order products, personalized items, and personal care products where hygiene seals are broken. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non returnable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a replacement item is to complete the return process for the item you have and then place a new order. Direct exchanges may be offered when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

European Union cooling off period

Customers receiving goods in the European Union have a legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This statutory right applies in addition to, and where applicable overrides, the contractual terms described in this policy.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
